Life Groups

This is the core of who we are.  We feel that true discipleship and spiritual growth happens in a small group setting.  We currently have three life groups that meet throughout the week in our community for you to plug in to.  These groups will promote community and will challenge you each week to grow in your walk with the Lord.   Please reach out to us for information on how to connect with one of these groups trough an email to jayparks81@gmail.com or a call to 808-464-3265.

Lunch Break -

Our men meet every Wednesday at 11:30 for a FREE lunch to encourage and challenge each other to walk in biblical manhood. Christ has called us to be leaders in a lost world yet our default is to be passive, avoid responsbility, walk in fear, and have little hope for what the future holds.  Join us as we seek to become men who are defined by our courageous leadership! Location: Kona Rebuilders: 74-555 Kaiwi St. Kailua-Kona, HI 96740

Ladies Life Group -

Our women's group has monthly meetings to study the bible and learn cultural arts.  This group is a great place to build new relationships with ladies that are overcoming the stresses and challenges of being a women in the 21st century. We were not created to walk thorugh life alone!   This group is led by Susan Barnett. 520-668-4201 sbarnett047@gmail.com

Discovery Bible Group -

This group of young families meet  on Wednesday nights at 6:00 pm.  They are focused on sharing a meal, studying the scriptures, and simply doing life together.  They review a chapter of scripture, discuss what it teaches us about God's nature and character, and how it applies to their lives while challenge each other to share this good news with others.  This is a great group for those who are passionate about applying the truths of the Bible to their everyday lives and sharing the hope of Jesus with their friends. This group is led by Austin Sunderman. 808-747-5545 asunderman@uofnkona.edu

What exactly is a Christian?

This small group will focus on answering one question.  What exactly is a Christian?  This may seem like a pretty simple question but we will spend six weeks exploring the answer in detail.  This is an ideal small group for those that are exploring the Christian faith or people who may be new believers.  We will host this group at Jay and April Parks home in Pualani Estates on Wednesday nights at 6:00 pm.  Please contact Jay for more information at 808-464-3265.
